CUSTOM PROJECTS:

Work directly with us to make a custom creation that is uniquely yours. We are here to guide you though the process, whether designing something from scratch, a ceremonial & memorial ring or charm, reworking an older piece into something that suits your now, or adjusting one of our original AV designs in a more personal way.

THE PROCESS:

1. To begin the custom commission process please email your ideas, providing as much detail as possible. A description of concept, what kind of jewelry, size, metal and stone preference are great starting points. If you have a budget, please let us know ahead of time so we can help to determine how to work within that.
2. From there, we will provide you with a quote (this does not include tax or shipping) and a detailed description of the process moving forward. Depending on the project, a deposit may be required before creating and providing renderings for your approval.
3. Once a deposit has been received we will provide a rendering of the design within 1 to 2 weeks. The client will be permitted one free round of revisions--so please be as specific and detailed as possible. Any additional edits will incur fees.
4. Upon the client's final approval of design we will collect the final payment and move into production. Production can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the project.
